Schedule of Fees

In Home Consultations: $55.00 an hour, minimum of 2 hours.

Home Staging/Redesign: Consultation: $100.00 Initial In Home Evaluation to determine Scope of Work.
One Room Staging/ Redesign $300.00
Two Room Staging/ Redesign $550.00

Personal Shopping: $55.00 an hour, Personal shopping for accessories, artwork, and furniture. Access to Dallas Market Center.

Remodeling Fees: Design Fee’s $55.00 an hour 10 hour minimum for In Home Consultation, Interior Selections, and Contractor Estimates. Additional design hours $55.00 an hour to be approved by client. Purchasing Fees, Cost Plus 20% of Product and Labor.

Space planning Fees: Computer Aided Drafted floor plan, space planned to fit your existing or new furniture. $ 0.20 a square foot.

Model Home Merchandising Design: Priced by the square foot. Contact us to schedule a presentation.

Elder Transition/Downsizing: $500.00 a day.
